Hyundai HX55A CR

This 5.5-tonne excavator is built for tight jobs where you don’t have much room to move. The compact swing helps you work close to obstacles, and the Stage V Yanmar engine delivers smooth output without the need for AdBlue. A load-sensing hydraulic system keeps control consistent, and Hyundai has added practical touches throughout the machine to suit stop-start civil work.

Hyundai HX85A

This 8.5-tonne excavator is a step up for contractors who need extra digging depth, better lifting stability, and a more capable platform for civil and construction projects. It uses a Stage V Yanmar 4TNV98C engine paired with Hyundai’s improved cooling module and load-sensing hydraulics. This gives operators a consistent, efficient power curve across varying workloads. 

Optional working attachments and boom configurations make it even more versatile.

If your work takes you into built-up or tight spaces, the HX55A CR 5.5-tonne excavator is probably the right choice. If you’re doing deeper excavation, lifting, or heavier day-to-day cycles, the HX85A 8.5-tonne excavator can give you the extra capability you need.
